Cancellation Policy

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. "No-show" appointments will also be charged 50% of the service total.

How to cancel or reschedule

Give us a call at (937) 619-9490 as early as possible and we'll take care of it. The sooner you let us know, the more likely we are able to fill your original time slot.

Refunds

If a refund is owed under this policy, it's issued back to your original payment method and typically appears within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
