1. Information we collect
When you book an appointment, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the service details of your booking. If you leave a review, we collect your name, email, rating, and review text. We do not collect or store payment card numbers — those go directly to Stripe.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to schedule and manage your appointment, send booking confirmation and cancellation emails, process payments and refunds, and verify that reviews come from real customers. We don't sell your information to third parties.
3. Third-party services
We use Stripe to process payments (see Stripe's privacy policy) and Resend to deliver transactional emails. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their service for us.
4. Data retention
We keep booking records for our own scheduling and financial history. If you'd like your information removed, contact us at (937) 619-9490, and we'll do so where we're not required to keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us directly.
