1. Acceptance of terms

By booking an appointment or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the booking system — you're always welcome to contact us directly at (937) 619-9490 instead.

2. Booking and payment

Appointments booked through this site are paid at the time of booking using our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment information directly. Prices shown at booking are the prices charged; any add-ons you select are included in the total.

3. Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, we charge 50% of the service total. "No-show" appointments will also be charged 50% of the service total.

To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (937) 619-9490 as early as possible.

4. Changes to service

We may add, remove, or change the services and add-ons available for booking, and the staff members available to perform them, at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

Golden Aura Beauty Bar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this booking system, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the booking system after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
